1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY SCHEDULES?

 

Within Klang Valley:

 

(I) RAW FRUITS/FROZEN FRUITS

Same-day delivery – order placed before 3 PM

Next day delivery – order placed after 3 PM

You shall receive your items within 3 hours from time of order.

 

 

(II) SINDIYAN PREMIUM PRODUCT

You may choose delivery service or courier services for these product. Charges varies depends on locations.

 

 

Beyond Klang Valley:

It takes 3-5 days to deliver to your doorstep via courier with the following charges:

West Malaysia – RM13

East Malaysia – RM20

Raw fruits /frozen fruits are not available for these areas.

 

 

2. SPECIAL REQUEST FOR SAME DAY DELIVERIES AFTER 3PM?

Yes. please contact our support team at +6012-3423933. We will try our best to assist you.

 

 

3. ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERIES AFTER 3 PM?

Yes, there will be RM5 extra charge for urgent logistic arrangement.

 

 

4. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DELIVERY AFTER PLACING THE ORDER?
No, delivery time cannot be changed once order is placed. In case of urgent requirement for change of delivery slot, please contact our helpline at +6012-3423933 and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

 

 

5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER AN ITEM WHICH IS OUT OF STOCK?
No, you can only order products which are in stock. We want to ensure our goods are the best and freshest, hence we only sell the products available for that week.

 

 

6. HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
Orders shall be confirmed upon payment. There will be notification 1- 2 hours prior to the delivery via some form of communication – phone calls, text messages or WhatsApp by our delivery team.

 

 

7. IN ANY CASE WHERE CERTAIN FRUITS ARE UNAVAILABLE DUE TO CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, HOW DO I CHECK WHICH ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FROM MY ORDER?
You will receive an email as well as a text message about the unavailability of that item with a reason given before the scheduled delivery of your fruit. Also, our customer support team will offer you the choice to substitute the unavailable item if you wish to. If the buyer chooses not to substitute the goods, the total amount will be refunded back to your account within 3-5 working days.

 

 

8. THE ORDERED I RECEIVED IS FAULTY/SPOILED

We are deeply sorry. Please provide us with photos of your item and include a short description along with your order number and email to customercare@sindiyan.com OR contact our support team +6012-3423933. We will review the photo provided and we will advise our next cause of action accordingly. Please refer of Dispute, Return & Refund Policy.

 

 

9. I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM

Please provide us with photos of your item and include a short description along with your order number and email to customercare@sindiyan.com OR contact our support team +6012-3423933. We will review the photo provided and we will advise our next cause of action accordingly.

DELIVERY RELATED

1. HOW ARE THE GOODS PREPARED AND PACKAGED?
Our goods are hand-picked and checked before delivery. We get rid of any spoilt/damaged fruits and another round of checks will be done on the day of delivery.

 

 

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The delivery of goods is scheduled by logistic team. There will be notification 1- 2 hours prior to the delivery via some form of communication – phone calls, text messages or WhatsApp by our delivery team.

 

 

3. HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?
Our logistics team will inform the buyer (via phone calls, text messages or WhatsApp) prior to delivery before the driver departs our premises.

 

 

4. HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY INFO (ADDRESS TO WHICH I WANT PRODUCTS DELIVERED)?

5. HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery charges is free for any total purchase above
(i) RM50 (Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Kampung Pandan, Ulu Langat and etc)
(ii) RM80 (Puchong, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Kajang, Seri Kembangan)
(iii) RM120 (Klang, Shah Alam, Bangi, Cyberjaya)
For purchase below the RM50-RM120 (based on locations), the delivery fee is subject to postcodes and ranges from RM10 to RM25. The charges are based on the predefined postcodes as below:

Dispute, Return & Refund Policy

In the event of any dispute and complaint, we require the complaint to be made and provide details within 24 hours of receiving the goods via email at sales@sindiyan.com or contacting our customer service hotline +6012-3423933. We reserve the absolute discretion to approve or reject any invalid dispute and complaint after our investigation.

For any product(s) return, the customer should be responsible to bare the shipping costs and mail or you may return your product(s) to: V05-2-10, Lingkaran SV, Sunway Velocity, Jalan Cheras, Maluri, 55100, Kuala Lumpur.

Disclaimer: Notwithstanding anything stated in the contract, shipping costs due to return product(s) are non-refundable. For any refund, please refer to our refund & replacement policy.

 

 

Refund & Replacement Policy

Preface: We respect customer requests for refunds and will honour all requests for refunds However, we seek your understanding and acceptance of any superficial or slight damage which might occur during the process of handling or delivery of these items.

You will receive a refund if goods are damaged or spoilt at the time of delivery. At your request, we can either replace it with your next order or give you a credit against your next purchase or send you a refund into your bank account within 14 working days. Please indicate your preference as fresh fruits are highly perishable items, we require claims to be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Please submit a request for refund, take a photo of the damaged or spoilt item and send it together with the details of your order (invoice and payment gateway receipt) via email to store@sindiyan.com

We may or may not require you to keep and set aside the damaged product for our delivery person to pick up at the earliest convenience.

Disclaimer: We are not liable for any damage or product deterioration due to any poor handling or poor storage after 24 hours from the goods being received.
